Oake Meadows provides short-term rehabilitation care in Willow, a dedicated unit commissioned by the NHS. This service is designed to support individuals recovering from illness, injury, or hospital stays – providing help to regain strength, confidence and independence before returning home or moving into longer-term care.

Rehabilitation at Oake Meadows is goal-focused and person-led. Residents benefit from regular physiotherapy, occupational therapy and nursing support, delivered in a calm, structured setting. Our team works in close partnership with NHS professionals to create tailored care plans and track progress.

Each room in Willow is designed for comfort and accessibility, with staff available 24/7 to assist with daily tasks and ensure medical needs are met. Meals are freshly prepared and dietary requirements catered for, while residents are encouraged to take part in communal activities to support overall wellbeing.

The focus is always on recovery – with the right balance of support and independence to help each person move forward at their own pace.
