Oake Meadows Nursing Home, located in the peaceful, residential area of Trull in Taunton, offers expert residential, nursing, dementia, respite and rehabilitation care.

Surrounded by open fields and countryside views, our spacious purpose-built home is split into five smaller communities β€” each with its own unique character, care specialism, and sense of home. From residential to advanced dementia and NHS-commissioned rehabilitation, we provide a full pathway of care tailored to each resident’s journey.

Oake Meadows is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite our size, we never feel impersonal. Staff, residents, families and visitors all describe the home as friendly, comforting and full of heart.
