Oake Meadows

For those with more complex health needs, Oake Meadows offers dedicated 24-hour nursing care delivered by qualified professionals. Our nursing team works closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to provide care that is clinical, compassionate and tailored to each person.

Nursing care is provided in Redwood, our general nursing community, and in Sutherland, which specialises in dementia nursing. Both areas are designed to offer a calm and supportive environment, with nursing staff available around the clock to manage medications, monitor health conditions and respond swiftly to any concerns.

Each resident has a personalised care plan that evolves with their needs, and we work hard to build trust and reassurance for both residents and families. GP visits are held twice weekly, with additional services such as physiotherapy and podiatry available as needed.

Residents benefit from all the same comforts as the rest of the home — including home-cooked meals, private en-suite rooms, social opportunities and regular activities.
